Founded by husband and wife team John and Soloria Davis, The Jewel Bistro Cafe is the realization of their shared passion for creating a space where good food and great company come together.
Originally from Jasper, John and Soloria spent years living in multiple large cities, experiencing diverse culinary landscapes before deciding to return to their roots. Their love for Southern cuisine and their desire to bring a piece of their journey back to Jasper inspired them to open The Jewel Bistro Cafe.
